Cities Vote Palestine has made a BIG splash. So far multiple Vancouver candidates from two parties have committed to the pledge, but there are candidates in four other parties saying they totally agree with us… but they're afraid to go public.
We need more voter pledges to convince these politicians that Palestinian human rights are NOT CONTROVERSIAL.
The official municipal election period starts tomorrow, Sept 19th: Politicians are paying attention!

With only 29 days left for the big day, here are a few things to note:
A. TAKE THE PLEDGE: The Vote Palestine campaign is running in 6 different cities. There's still time to sign/share the Vote Palestine campaign. Add your name TODAY and tell our municipal candidates they need to take a stand on Palestine.

B. TAKE THE 1-5 CHALLENGE: Our power is in our numbers. Please think of 1-5 people (or more!) who reside in any of the cities listed above, and get them to sign the petition. Please encourage them to share the above links as well within their circles. Are you part of a group chat? Please post the links in these chats. Are you part of any local email lists? C. HELP YOUR CITY VOTE PALESTINE: We will provide more information on voting procedures for October 17. Encourage your fellow residents to vote. Let them know the Vote Palestine Vancouver Instagram and Vote Palestine Vancouver website are non-partisan educational sites listing municipal candidates' stances on Palestine!
It's time to have a say on who will be leading our cities and making decisions on our behalf. Your vote matters. Even if you have never voted in any municipal elections before, 2026 is the year to do so!
